How VitalPass collects, uses, and protects information when hospitals, coordinators, and dental providers use the platform.

Information we collect
We collect account information (name, role, credentials, contact details), operational data required to dispatch and document dental clearance cases, and technical data such as device and usage logs.
- Account & credentialing information for providers and coordinators
- Protected health information processed on behalf of partner hospitals
- Usage, device, and diagnostic logs to keep the service reliable
How we use information
Information is used to operate the clearance workflow — matching verified providers to cases, tracking dispatch, generating documentation, and handling billing and payouts. We do not sell personal information.
Data sharing
We share information only with the partner hospital for a given case, the assigned provider, and service providers who help us run the platform under contract. Protected health information is handled under a Business Associate Agreement.

You may request access to or correction of your account information at any time by contacting your VitalPass administrator or our support team.
