Provider Requirements
What you need to join the VitalPass network and become eligible for hospital-based dental clearance cases.
Baseline eligibility
- Active, unrestricted dental license (DDS or DMD)
- Malpractice insurance meeting hospital minimums
- NPI number and current CV
- Comfort with medically complex and bedside care settings
Recommended experience
Providers who work with transplant, cardiac, TAVR, oncology, ICU, and immunocompromised patients are prioritized for high-acuity cases, but all licensed applicants are welcome to apply.
